Verum Logic Partners LLP (“Verum Logic”, “we”, “our”) publishes information about its services and two free browser-based tools: the Tax Calculator and MSME Suite Pro.

The Site and tools are provided for general informational and illustrative purposes only. Nothing on this Site constitutes professional legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. The tools are designed to illustrate computations under the Indian Income-tax Act, 1961 (and Act, 2025) and the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Act, 2006 (“MSMED Act”). They are under CA review and may contain errors or omissions.

Use of the Site or tools does not create a professional relationship between you and Verum Logic Partners LLP or any of its advisors.
